DANNY GALLIVAN TRUST
The purpose of our military charity is to provide homeless veterans of all generations and other homeless folk with hot food and drinks, sleeping bags, warm clothing, footwear, washing and shaving kits.
We feed 5 days a week on the streets of Folkestone. We also cook and feed on Christmas Day. As well as feeding the humans, we also feed their furry friends!
Any surplus supplies we receive are used for our monthly food hub, where anyone can come along, bring a bag and take any supplies that they need, for no charge.
100% of all donations and fundraising for our charity goes directly to our cause. www.dgtrust.org.uk
Which was founded and registered with the charity commission in 2010 to help our homeless ex-service personnel.
Currently it is estimated that there are more than 4,500 ex-service members of the British Armed Forces which are homeless throughout the UK and we are expecting this number to rise in the near future.
Since 2010 UK Homes 4 heroes Pride & Passion dedicated Outreach team have fed, clothed and re-homed our Ex Service Personnel from street level to sofa surfing,
in the years that the charity has been in operation 100s of Homeless Veterans have been re-homed by UKH4HP&P
